The 2026 Annual Meeting of the community will be held Wednesday, September 9th, beginning at 6:30 P.M. at the Saline District Library, Program Room AB. Registration for Association Members will begin at 6:15 P.M.

The purpose of this meeting is to elect members to the Association Board of Directors, and to discuss the general business of the Association.

Volunteer

If a Member desires to run for a seat on the Board of Directors, please return the Volunteer Form (see below) to Jeff Leonard at Pinnacle Management prior to September 9th. I will ensure the placement of your name on the Ballot. Further, nominations “from the floor” will be accepted at the meeting. Co-owners are encouraged to participate in the operation of Maplewood Farms, and no prior experience is necessary!

Attendance and Quorum

Further, as 30% of homeowners must be represented to hold the Annual Meeting, if you are unable to attend the meeting, in person, and you wish to cast a vote for election of new members to the Board of Directors, fill out the enclosed Proxy Form (see below), and return it to Jeff Leonard at Pinnacle Management prior to September 9th. The person to whom you name on your proxy will be able to represent your home at the Annual Meeting.

Virtual Attenance

If you wish to attend virtually, look for Webinar meeting link information coming to your MWF listed email around September 7th/8th. Webinar attendees will not be able to cast a vote and their attendance will not count toward quorum unless a proxy has been filed with the MWF Board of Directors.
